HEART STETHOSCOPE
Your heart plays a role in sending vital messages to your brain, not just the other way around as previously believed by neuroscientists.
When you visit your doctor, it’s quite routine that she may listen to your heart with a stethoscope and use that as determinant if you need further looking into.
The heart connects to the arteries that allows you to receive the air you need to keep living. But how often do you tend to your heart?
When you’re overwhelmed or just broke up with a boyfriend (partner), you could probably feel your heart crushed, hence the word heart-broken.
In the older movies when a bad news was delivered to a person and the latter couldn’t take the blow of such news, it isn’t uncommon that the actor holds his chest as if experiencing a heart attack.
How many times has your heart been broken but you just kept going?

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Settle yourself into your sacred place. Begin to take note of your heart. Noticing that it's there even if you can’t see it. Hold your palm close to it like a stethoscope and begin to simply be with it. Take just a few moments.
2. Grab a piece of paper and simply draw a heart. Try to at least make it bigger than your fist or as big as your paper can handle. Color it in 1-2 colors.
3. When you’re satisfied, observe your heart and outline the outside of it a few times with any color your choice. Take your time.
4. When you’re ready, cut out the outline of your heart so you have a piece of your heart with you. Begin to tear into a few pieces, 3-7 works well.
5. On a separate piece of paper, begin to glue your heart back together. Notice the wholeness of your heart and the cracks within. This is all a part of you.
Free associate and let your imagination explore. If you were the doctor looking into this heart, what does it need from you? What would the cracks in your heart offer you today?Write a word, phrase or a sentence.
